Training Programs

Have you ever wanted to run a 5k, 10K, or Half Marathon? Kent Island Running Group offers personalized training for these distances starting Saturday, January 25th at 8 am. Join KIRG and register for the training here. You must be a KIRG member to register for training. Training includes personalized workout calendars developed by RRCA-certified coaches and customized to your abilities and goals. In addition, your coaches will provide you with weekly emails offering inspiration and advice on injury prevention, nutrition, and stretching. Coaches and KIRG members will be present at Saturday morning training runs to answer questions, help you maintain motivation, and provide you with camaraderie during your run.
